I was up early again this morning and out the door for a 4 mile run. The temperature was perfect. The sunrise was beautiful! Sometimes the simple things in life make you realize how great it is just to be given the gift of “today.”
I’m working on a story about allergy season today. Some people think allergies are starting early for us but really they never ended. Hear from a local doctor tonight on WSLS 10 about why so many people didn’t get a winter break from the sneezing and congestion.
