Today has been so busy and wonderful…. I am completely packed for Richmond - I am mentally psyched for the marathon that starts in 14 hours 24 minutes and 17 seconds!!! I am so excited!!! Can you tell - okay I will stop screaming at you with exclamation points now…
My story today is about the water levels at Smith Mountain Lake - watch WSLS 10 at 6:00pm to see some amazing video of the water coming over the dam.
Then, tonight is my debut on our 7:00pm news cast - and I would love to hear any advice you have about running a marathon or anything else you want to talk about.
