When Jeff first started talking about snow this week… I knew I needed to make a grocery list… I am not sure about you but lately I have been bored with the meals I make… it seems like I make the same thing over and over.. baked chicken.. spinach salad… so as I was searching one of my favorite recipe websites I came across a recipe for this bundt cake called “Too Much Chocolate Cake.”
The funny part about the chocolate cake is that I didn’t even own a “bundt” pan… I had to buy it at the grocery store with the other ingredients… I haven’t tasted it yet because it is actually a birthday cake for a co-worker… so Friday will be the moment of tasteful truth…
The other recipe I have already tried… and thought was really good is called Gnocci with Pesto Sauce... for most of you that probably doesn’t sound nearly as tasty as the chocolate cake.
