My big fat Greek Yogurt Obsession

It’s no secret I read a lot of health magazines… and there are always different tips about what to eat and what not to eat… I kept seeing articles about Greek Yogurt and now it is all I buy… what is the difference between it and “regular’ yogurt… to me it tastes better… fills me up longer and feels more like a treat than a “healthy snack”

It has a consitency that is more like pudding and not as “watery” as other light yogurts… I wish our local stores sold the flavored kind in bulk… all I can find are the small containers… there are a variety of flavors but there could be more… I have been rotating between.. blueberry, peach, vanilla, honey and strawberry for weeks now… I bought plain by mistake one time and it did taste pretty good with mixed fruit…

When I go to the grocery store on the weekend I have started stocking up so I have enough in the fridge to have one every day of the week… it has become a bit of a habit for me… from everything I have read it has less sugar and more protein that its counterparts… I found one simple recipe below that looks like it would make for a great summer treat.

Feel free to send me any recipes you think are worth trying.
