Matt and I are headed down to the Tech game to tailgate with friends before the game and hopefully watch the Hokies pull of a homecoming win.
We sat through the entire Miami game and even with my rain suit and poncho I was pretty much soaked to the bone by the end of the game… sometimes it is not about the score but about supporting your team until the end. Don’t get me wrong… its not like I have never left a football game early but we don’t have season tickets so I like to enjoy the games we get to go see from start to finish if possible.
Fortunately our tailgate crew - The Markowski Family and Friends are always prepared for the elements.. complete with tents and cooking back-up plans… What’s on the menu for Saturday’s early start? Breakfast casseroles… my contribution will likely be muffins… I tried to make cupcakes for the Miami game but broke my oven in the process… it is fixed now and hopefully will hold out for the 20 minutes or so it takes to bake one tray of muffins.
Good times rain or shine… win… or well you know…
