I am looking forward to spending some time with my mom and with my husband’s family this weekend… I got all of the ingredients to make my grandma’s “bunny cake” - I’m going to put that together before I head to Blacksburg Saturday. When my grandmother was still living this was the best family holiday.
We would got visit her and hide eggs all day… even as adults… the food was good.. the company was great and the laughs were constant.
But, no matter what.. or where… I am thankful for the true meaning of Easter.
