As I was driving over a small bridge that crosses Gills Creek I had to take a photo… several months ago I took one that showed more creek bed that creek… it feeds into Smith Mountain Lake… if you are familiar with the lake you know Gills Creek and Blacwater have some of the best skiing and wakeboarding… along with Bull Run of course… anyway it has been so great to see the water levels remain constant… I only wonder how long it will last…
Not a lot of wakeboarding to be done in mid-February… especially with the forecast Jeff has been giving us… an update on my ailing peace lily will come soon—I took one readers advice… it has been getting less sun and water but still seems to be pretty droopy…
