You are cordially invited to join the Carter Athletic Center’s 2nd Annual Winter Health Fair on Saturday, January 8, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  This is an excellent, free opportunity for local businesses to come together and share information about health and wellness that can have a positive impact on lifestyles and well-being.

Carter Athletic Center is located at North Cross School on the corner of Rounte 419 and Colonial Avenue in Roanoke County.  (4254 Colonial Avenue, Roanoke, VA 24018 for GPS purposes)  I’ll be there representing WSLS from 10:30-12:30 helping with door prizes and introducing a Zumba class demonstration that begins at 10:30a.
