Even a little workout makes you feel better

I am usually very good about scheduling workouts and sticking to that schedule but this week has been crazy… getting ready for vacation… meetings to attend… grocery shopping…  pulling weeds in the mulched areas of our backyard so they don’t get out of control while we are on vacation… you know after all this rain we have had it will only take a small drop of sunshine to cause a weed to grow and inch a day…

Anyway… I usually take a day off and was planning for that day to be Friday because of all the days of this week it might end up being the busiest… I have gotten up extra early everyday this week to try to get a jump on things and still I am just barely staying ahead of the game - my long winded point is that I got in a 35 minute weight/cardio workout in our basement before work and I’m thankful for it…

Exercise really charges the battery and gives you energy for the whole day… so with no time to drive to the gym and the rain preventing a decent run outside… I just worked with what I had and sometimes as I say to many of the people I care about most… “You can only do what you can do…”
