WSLS 10 is a station that really gets involved with community events and encourages us to as well… last weekend was a great weekend for the Johnny CASA 5 miler at Lake Watch Plantation at Smith Mountain Lake - this weekend so far it looks like the weather may be pretty good for the Greek Festival.
Jay, Jeff and I will be there from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Saturday. Throughout the weekend you will be able to meet several familiar WSLS 10 faces.
Of course one of my favorite parts about the Greek Festival is the food. The kabobs are wonderful and the desserts are always so tempting. Since I will be running 12 miles the next day for my marathon training I feel like there will likely be some guilt free baklava consumed.
