Ah… another Valentine’s Day here at WSLS.
Years ago one of my co-workers would bring every female in the newsroom a red rose.
That was not me!
Several co-workers got flowers.
Those are always nice.
Some people said they hated Valentine’s Day for various reasons.
I went the card route with my wife.
She said she liked it.
I left it in her purse for her to find this morning.
She left my card in my lunch box.
I’m not a Valentine’s Day hater but I must admit it’s not my favorite holiday of the year.
I like it better on weekends when it’s easier to take the wife out for dinner.
The next Valentine’s Day set for a Saturday is in 2015 so I think we’ve got plenty of time to make our reservations.
