Among the items I found listed:
$141,777.82 in assets.
$2,042,786.85 in liabilities.
$18,000 owed to the Virginia Department of Taxation.
A $797.53 unpaid Appalachian Power bill.
$272,420.25 owed to Direct Buy corporate.
Nittany’s landlord is also suing it for unpaid rent (according to the documents it’s a pending case in Roanoke County Circuit Court)
I’ll keep my eye on this story and let you know how it turns out.
