What’s up with cupcakes?
Is it just me or are cupcakes taking over the world? Walk into any cooking supply store and would see a myriad of cup cake baking tins. There are cupcake cooking books, cupcake recipes, cupcake decorations… you name it.
And now, Roanoke has not one, not two, but three stores dedicated to cupcakes. Yes three!
Don’t get me wrong. I like a cupcake; although, I don’t love them. In fact I really prefer pie. But, I guess the world has sided with cupcakes… at least for now.
Now… if there were three cup-pie stores in Roanoke… I’d probably gain 50 pounds in a month!
