Dems invest heavily in Deeds

We have more evidence that this year’s governor’s race will be the main attraction nationally. According to the Washington Post, the DNC just announced that it will invest $5 million dollars into the campaign of Creigh Deeds and the party’s GOTV organization.

That is a huge amount and I will bet it won’t be the final total, assuming Deeds remains competitive.

The Republicans will likely be investing just as much, as they see Virginia is a prime opportunity to stop President Obama’s agenda and the momentum Democrats have had in the past few election cycles.
