Wednesday night, we’ll be hosting our third town hall meeting to unveil our new community webpages and build support for our Your Town special reports that will air in November.
We have already visited with folks in Salem and Christiansburg and Wednesday we’ll be in Blacksburg. You and your neighbors are invited to join us. I’ll be there to show everyone how our Blacksburg community page works. It will be an opportunity for you to share what’s happening in your neighborhood, at your child’s school and/or at your church… as examples. You can post stories, pictures, a calendar of events and video.
We’ll also be asking you for story ideas so we can better cover what’s happening in Blacksburg.
The meeting is Wednesday, Sept. 30 from 7pm to 8pm at the Municipal Building, room 300. I hope to see you there.
