Is the Virginia governor’s race over? The answer is obviously no. Remember we still have three weeks before election day and a lot can happen in that amount of time. However, you’d never know if you looked at the events of this week.

Is it just me or are we seeing and hearing the same campaign commercials over and over and over? As an example the Deeds and McDonnell ads on APCO rates have been on the air for at least a month. We have also heard their repetitive tax radio ads for at least six weeks.

Our last community meeting in preparation for our November Your Town segments and the launch of our community webpages is tomorrow night (Tuesday, Oct. 6) in Lexington. The event will be at 5:30 at the Hampton Inn-Col Alto.
