Okay… a couple of days ago I posted a blog about Governor Mark Sanford and how people need to slow down and give real thought to the situation before jumping to a call for him to resign. On Sunday, it all seemed so premature.

Is it just me… or are the mosquitoes worse this year than they’ve been in some time?

Do we rush to judge our leaders too quickly? Before we could even digest the news about Governor Mark Sanford’s affair with a woman from Argentina, people were calling for him to resign.

Right now the Republicans are having a field day with Governor Tim Kaine’s second job… chair of the Democratic National Committee. They are asking why he doesn’t post his DNC activities on his official gubernatorial schedule and questioning the amount of money the taxpayers are forking over to cover the security for his DNC events.

This week, Republican South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford rocked the political world revealing that he has been having a year long affair with a woman from Argentina.
