I was driving down 81 the other day and passed by a tractor trailer. This was no ordinary 18 wheeler. This was a Chipotle tractor trailer. I chose to assume it was on it’s way to Blacksburg where a Chipotle is about to set up shop. I could not be more excited.
Whenever I go to visit family, anywhere, we make it a point to have lunch at one of a gazillion locations. Maybe it’s because there’s no location near us that I love it so much. I doubt it. It’s because the chicken burrito I get is just that good.
It’s the subtle spiciness of the grilled chicken, that limey, garlicky guacamole, the mix of hot and fresh tomato salsa I request, the cilantro rice the black beans… Man, I want one RIGHT NOW!! My husband opts for the three tacos.
If you haven’t experienced Chipotle before… make a trip to Blacksburg when it opens in the coming weeks. It’s so worth it!!
