It’s not only what you eat, but when

We reported on a story that hit a bit close to come.

It hit close to home—especially when you consider I get up at 2 a.m. for work, meaning I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at odd hours. The study, from Northwestern University said eating at odd hours impacts weight gain. The researchers tested two groups of mice and found the group that ate during normal sleeping hours increased their weight by 48 percent, compared to 20 percent for the other group.

Makes me want to wait a little longer before I start breakfast!
