Catching up on sleep

You like to think you can catch up on sleep but for those of who are sleep deprived, new research shows is isn’t so. Great.

New research shows that sneaking in some extra sleep on the weekend may help people function better when you first wake up but as the day wears on, people with long-term sleep loss show steadily slower reaction times.

There is good news, we’re not alone in our need for sleep. One in six Americans regularly get six hours of sleep or less.
