I just enjoyed my new favorite breakfast sandwich. I saw it mentioned on the Today Show segment “Eat This, Not That” a couple weeks ago and tried it shortly after. It’s a spinach feta wrap at Starbucks and it is delish!!! Plus, it’s under 300 calories which is the goal of my multi- mini meals on this schedule. It’s stuffed with eggs whites, spinach and feta cheese. It’s very filling and not bad for you which makes it good all the way around!!
