Vonn-Couver’s Olympics begin and the Hokies Roll Continues!

  The Drive:
I think we might be on our way to calling these..the Vonn-couver Olympics.  The best women’s skier in the world—appears to be healthy enough to show us why…after winning the first of her five events. The women’s downhill gold looked pretty routine for her, while rival after rival ended up sliding out of country and face-first in the Vancouver ice and snow. Great stuff, raw emotion, and now I want to see Vonn dominate the rest of the way.

The Fairway:
It was quite a comeback from the Hokies against Wake Forest. Down 11 points with about 12 minutes to play, Virginia Tech just goes to work. Agressive, crashing the boards, and shutting down the Wake Forest inside attack—as much as it can be “shut down.”  Dorenzo Hudson is really turning into a force to dealt with. Malcolm can fill it..and when he gets hot—he can carry this team against anybody out there. Scary stuff for anyone that has to step on the hardwoods with this bunch.

The Green:
Tiger’s gonna talk Friday. Nobody can ask any questions. Please. Can’t wait ‘till he gets to Augusta. Uh…he has to do interviews at some point. Might as well get it over with.

The Jar:
State Wrestling tournament this weekend in Salem! Go Grapplers!
