The Drive:
The made-for TV announcement was the stuff of nausea, if only because Lebron didn’t bother to call the teams he DIDN’T choose. Lame. Especially Cleveland. I have to be honest, although I think Dan Gilbert is completely nuts, I don’t have a problem with his calling out Lebron on a couple of points. First of all, just tell Cleveland—don’t pull the live hour special deal. That was cold, nasty stuff. And secondly, don’t rub it in on national TV. Low key it, please. Oh, that’s right..you are the KING. Gag.
The Fairway:
The World Cup grabbed my attention and although I probably will never love soccer, I do respect it. Spain and Netherlands both were pretty awesome to watch throughout, as was Brazil, and Uruguay. And anybody that wins who ISN’T France is OK with me. Not that I hold a grudge or anything. Not me.
The Green:
The All-Star game doesn’t need to decide home field, it doesn’t need to decide anything. The team with the best regular season record that makes the series should get home field. But that makes sense. Oh, stop it.
The Jar:
My kiddos and I really enjoyed “Dispicable Me” this weekend! Good stuff, kid friendly but adult approved!
